South Elmsall Family Dental Centre

was quite nervous about my appointment, but from the moment I arrived, both the dentist and dental nurse made me feel completely at ease. They were so friendly, reassuring, and professional throughout the whole visit. Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to make sure I was comfortable, which really helped calm my nerves. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent care. A lovely dentist and dental nurse team – I can't thank them enough for making such a positive experience out of something I was worried about. Highly recommend!

Very good and clean. Nice and helpful as well I have since been and had my fillings done. What can I say but WOW what a amazing dentist. Made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Very nice as well, I told him the truth after my treatment was done. Best dentist treatment i have ever had. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone in South Elmsall or surrounding areas. I was asked to leave a review so I took a photo of the QR code to remind me. The gentleman behind the counter exclaimed I needed to leave a review not just take a picture of it.... So here it is. After multiple cancellations to fix a broken filling my tooth then broke at that site making the situation worse. Finally made it to the appointment where I was told they would fix the tooth and do a clean. Finished with a temporary filling for 3 months (that is extremely sensitive and will almost certainly require me to make an emergency appointment depending how it is in the morning) and the dentist forgetting to do the clean until I pointed it out to which I was told to make another appointment for a week later. Been using this dentist for just over a year I think and it's generally very good but this isn't the first time I've been left with unsatisfactory work and having to endure pain. I may update the review depending on what happens next to closer reflect the 5 stars it should be when things like this don't happen. Edit: added a star as they have somewhat fixed the issue. Still not 100% but certainly better. What I will say is if you speak up, they act. Unfortunately I shouldn't be in that position to begin with.

Had an emergency appointment today booked through 111 after being in a lot of pain for a couple of days. The dentist called me earlier in the morning to see if I could come in any sooner which I was very grateful for, he was also very patient and reassuring with questions I had over the phone. During the diagnosis/treatment his friendly approach made me feel at ease, he also took the time to explain the problem and various solutions. Would not hesitate to recommend this Dental Practice.

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Haybe is incredibly gentle, patient, and thorough, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and make me feel at ease. I genuinely feel cared for here and couldn’t recommend them more highly!
